Background
Qadr runs monthly pop-up markets in Sheffield where local businesses rent tables to sell their products — from food and drink to handmade goods. They also collaborate with community organisations like Inner City Healers to host side events. The concept works. Getting people through the door consistently is a different challenge.
They had been handling video in-house — but with the Padel event on the horizon, they wanted something that matched the energy of what they were putting on. A step up in production, without losing the authenticity that makes Qadr what it is.
BPD came in to produce one focused event promo — concept to delivery.

The Problem
2 problems. 1 video. 1 day.
01
Qadr had been handling video in-house, which made sense for where they were. But with the Padel event on the horizon, they wanted something that matched the energy of the events themselves — properly shot, properly edited, and built to make an impact.
02
With the Padel event approaching, the goal was clear: produce a video that would actually drive sign-ups and get tickets sold. Not just content for the sake of it — something with a specific job to do. The brief was about conversion.

Our Approach
01
The brief was clear and contained: one event promo video for TikTok and Instagram, built to drive sign-ups for the Padel event. BPD handled concept, shot-listing, and production planning — Qadr brought event access, brand direction, and final sign-off.
02
The shoot was done on-site at the event. The challenge was lifting production quality significantly while keeping the content grounded in Qadr's community-driven identity — polished but not corporate, professional but still theirs.
03
The video was cut for short-form — tight, energetic, and built for conversion. The brief was to lift production quality while keeping it grounded in Qadr's community-driven identity. Polished but still theirs. It delivered.

The Work
The brief was focused and contained. A single short-form promo for TikTok and Instagram — shot and edited to a higher production level while keeping it authentic to Qadr, with one clear goal: drive ticket sales.
Sign-Up Driver
A single short-form video produced for TikTok and Instagram to drive sign-ups for Qadr’s Padel event. The video replaced their usual content with a properly shot and edited promo that still felt authentic to who they are. The goal was conversion — it delivered.

Outcomes
The video became one of Qadr’s highest-performing pieces of content. On Instagram alone the post pulled strong engagement relative to their usual output — and on the metric that matters most, it delivered immediately.

Client Testimonial
“Bigger Picture came in and put together something that looked completely different to what we had been doing, but still felt like us. We posted it and the tickets were gone by the end of the day. That said everything we needed to know. We are looking to work together on the next event.”
