Before we film anything we need to understand your business properly.

Content Planning

We build a content calendar before we pick up a camera.

  • A monthly calendar mapped to your menu, offers, events, and the Sheffield calendar (student move-in, Freshers, Christmas market season, etc.).
  • Hook frameworks for each content type — food reveals, behind-the-scenes, staff stories, offer announcements.
  • Platform decisions: what goes on Instagram Reels, what goes on TikTok, and whether both make sense for your audience right now.
  • Shot list for the first shoot so no time is wasted on the day.

Monthly (or fortnightly)

Content Shoot

We come to your venue, film, and handle everything from direction to editing.

  • Shoot takes place at your venue — no studio hire, no logistics headache on your side.
  • Filmed on iPhone 17 with gimbal stabilisation, LED lighting, and wireless audio for clean, professional results.
  • Multiple pieces filmed per session: hero content, evergreen clips, and reactive material for fast-turnaround posts.

If anything is unclear, we would rather answer it early than leave you guessing.

Do I need to be present for the shoot?

Not necessarily. We can work independently once we know the space. Some clients prefer to be involved — that's fine too. We adapt to whatever works for your venue and schedule.

How long before I see results?

Reach and engagement data is visible from the first week. Meaningful follower growth and enquiry uplift typically show within 60–90 days of consistent posting. We'll be honest with you about what's realistic.

What if I want to post things myself too?

Absolutely encouraged. We handle the planned content so you never have a dead week, but anything spontaneous you want to post on top of that is always a good thing.

Is there a minimum contract length?

We work on monthly rolling agreements. No long-term lock-in. We'd rather earn your business month to month by showing results.

Can I see the dashboard before signing up?

Yes — we can show you a live example dashboard during the discovery call so you know exactly what you'll be getting.
